Akim Boughazi likes to say he’s done all kinds of jobs, and it’s true. From the age of 16 until30, this youngest of 13 siblings, who grew up in the Paris suburb of La Courneuve, never spared a beat. He worked in the restaurant trade until he discovered his passion: baking and pastry-making.
